2. Booking

  • Booking Process: Customers can book a tour through our website, by phone, or via email. All provided information must be accurate and complete to ensure we can process your booking efficiently.
  • Booking Confirmation: After booking, customers will receive a confirmation email from us within 24 hours. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us immediately to ensure your reservation.
  • Payment: We accept payments via bank transfer, online payment through credit cards, and other payment gateways integrated into our website.

3. Pricing and Taxes

  • Tour Prices: All tour prices displayed on our website are final, including all relevant costs such as guide services, transportation, meals, and accommodation.
  • Taxes and Service Fees: All applicable taxes and service fees are included in the listed tour prices. We guarantee no hidden fees beyond what has been agreed upon.

4. Change & Cancellation Policy

  • Schedule Changes: Customers can request a schedule change up to 7 days before the tour departure. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee that all changes will be accepted.
  • Cancellation by Customer:
    • Cancellation 14 days before departure: 100% refund.
    • Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before departure: 50% refund.
    • Cancellation within 7 days of departure: No refund.
  • Cancellation by Us: In cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, epidemics, or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. In such cases, we will refund 100% of the payment or assist in rescheduling to a similar tour.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Personal Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date personal information. We are not liable if the tour is affected by incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • Compliance with Regulations: Customers agree to follow the regulations and instructions provided by us during the tour. Any violation may result in service termination without a refund.

6. Information Security

We are committed to protecting customer information and will not share it with third parties, except for entities necessary to perform the service.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, images, and designs on the website are the property of Hà Giang Hmong Loop. Any reproduction or use of the content without written permission is prohibited.

8. General Terms

Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved under the laws of Vietnam. By using our services, you agree to all the terms and conditions outlined above.


Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Conditions

We understand that unforeseen changes can occur. To protect the rights of both customers and the company, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Cancellation 14 days before departure: Customers will receive a 100% refund.
  • Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before departure: We will refund 50% of the total tour cost.
  • Cancellation within 7 days of departure: No refund.

2. Cancellation Process

  • Cancellation Notice: Customers must notify us of tour cancellations via email or phone, including complete information such as the booking reference, customer name, and reason for cancellation. This notice must be sent and confirmed by us within the specified timeframe.
  • Refund Process: The refund process will be completed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is confirmed.

3. Force Majeure Cancellations

In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, epidemics, or other uncontrollable factors leading to tour cancellation, we will:

  • Provide a 100% refund: Or
  • Assist in rescheduling: We will suggest alternative tours of equivalent value for customers to choose from.

4. Additional Notes

  • No Refund for Unused Services: If customers do not use any services included in the tour (such as meals or visits), we will not refund the cost of these services.
  • Cancellation Due to Regulation Violations: If a customer’s service is terminated due to violations of our regulations or Vietnamese law, we are not responsible for issuing a refund.
